Why is iCloud sync not available or not syncing data between my devices?

To ensure that iCloud Sync is operational, please check the following:

1) In the Settings app of your device, go to iCloud, and ensure that iCloud Drive is enabled.

2) Sign in to the same iCloud account on each device you'd like to have sync. Open Settings and go to iCloud, verify that the account is the same on each device.

3) If you're using cellular data, ensure that Cellular Data is enabled by going to Settings > Cellular. Within this screen, check for both iCloud Drive and the ScarfLog app to be enabled.

4) Within the Settings app, check to make sure Background App Refresh is enabled.
